1. The half-board includes dinner, overnight stay and breakfast (buffet).

2. As a special exception you can order a lunch instead of the dinner (but you must say it during the breakfast).

3. Short journeys (like weekends) can be booked only short-term (3-4 days before) and we can not guarantee the type of the booked room.

4. On residences of 1-2 days we put further 10.- € per person and day on the prize for the half-board.

5. If a single person wants to book a double room, we put a supplementary charge of 60% on the invoice.

6. For an animal you have to pay 11.- € per day (excluding the costs for the food). Please bring a basket and a blanket with you. Animals are not allowed to enter neither into the dining room nor into the wellness area.

7. The prices VAT amounts to 10%, tax on residence, heating, service and using of the wellness area.

8. For babies (born in the years 2007, 2008) you have to pay 10.- € per day for a small bed, breakfast and a little meal on the evening.

9. Children (born in the years, 2003, 2004, 2005 or 2006) receive a reduction of 60% on the price for the half-board. They sleep in a bed for children or in a third/fourth bed in the room of the parents. On the evening they get a smaller menu.

10. Youths and children (born in the year 2002 or before) receive a reduction of 30% on the price for the half-board. They sleep in a third/fourth bed in the room of the parents. They get a full menu.

11. If a child has a single room or two children have a double room, the entire half-board price must be paid.

12. If you cancel a dinner or a breakfast at least ten hours before, you receive a price deduction of 8.- € (dinner) or 6.- € (breakfast).

13. For room bookings we ask an advance payment for confirmation of 250.- € per room (without expenses for the addressee). For short bookings we need a guarantee on the credit card.

15. On belated arrivals we put the full price for the half board of the originally ordered date. On premature departments we ask 70% of the price for the half board of the originally ordered date. The rates per week have to be paid in any case, also in the case of a premature department. We recommend you to conclude a travel cancellation insurance.

16. In summer a parking space in the garage costs € 6.- per night.

17. For reasons of organization we can not take into consideration special desires (f. e. specific room numbers).

18. Extraordinary arrangements have to be confirmed in writing.

19. On the day of the arrival you can only enter into the rooms after 3 p.m. If you will arrive late (after 7 p.m.) we ask you for a brief communication by telephone.

23. At the chairlift “FLORIAN” (150 m away from the hotel) you receive ski passes.

24. If a considerable unexpected general price increase (f. e. VAT increase or similar) should happen, the pricelist will be brought up-to-date.

25. Driving permission: A law of the Autonomous Province of South Tyrol provides a traffic reduction for cars to protect the Alpe di Siusi. However, the guests of the hotels on the Alpe di Siusi receive a driving permission for their cars in the tourist information office. The office is situated at the new roundabout (approximately 2.5 km above Siusi). The driving permission entitles to arrival and departure at any time. Should the information office be closed at your arrival, you can continue driving despite the signs. The driving permission will immediately be issued at your arrival in the hotel. During your journey you can only drive your car until 11 a.m. and after 3 p.m. During this period of time you can use the well working public bus service.

26. As means of payment we prefer cash.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
