Flat rate per week: These flat rates per week are valid only for residences from Sunday to Sunday
and include: a borrowed bathrobe, a brochure with proposals for walks and a massage of 25 minutes

All prices are per person for a day or for a week with Half Board (overnight stay, menu choice at the dinner and buffet-style breakfast). |

Instead of the dinner a simple lunch may be ordered exceptionally (the change is to be notified at breakfast). |

The day-prices are only for a minimum stay of 6 nights: from weekend to weekend. |
4. |
The flat rates per week are valid only for bookings from Sunday to Sunday. |
5. |
At arrivals and departures outside the weekends the prices increase. Please ask offer. |
6. |
Short stays like weekends are only available with a short term reservation (3-4 days before). |
7. |
For stays of only 1 or 2 overnights the price raises of € 10,00 per person and night. |
8. |
For short term reservations we'll ask you the number of your credit card as a guarantee. |
9. |
If a single person wants to book a double room, we put a supplementary charge of 60% on the invoice. |
10. |
For an animal you have to pay € 13,00 per day (excluding the costs for the food). Please bring a basket and blanket with you. Animals are not allowed to enter neither in the dining room nor into the wellness area. |

The prices VAT amounts to 10%, tax on residence, heating, service and the use of the wellness area. |
12. |
For babies (born in the years 2009 and 2010) is to pay € 12,00 a day for the cot, breakfast-buffet and a milk or soup at dinner. |
13. |
Children (born in the years 2005, 2006, 2007 or 2008) receive a reduction of 60% on the price for the half-board. They sleep in a bed for children or in a third/fourth bed in the room of the parents. On the evening they get a smaller menu. |
14. |
Youths and children (born in the year 2004 or before) receive a reduction of 30% on the price for the half board. They sleep in a third/fourth bed in the room of the parents. They get a full menu. |
15. |
If a child has a single room or two children in a double room, the entire half-board price for each child must be paid. |
16. |
If you cancel a dinner or a breakfast at least ten hours before, you receive a price deduction of € 8,00 (dinner) or
€ 6,00 (breakfast). |
17. |
For room bookings we ask an advance payment for confirmation of 250,- € per room (without expenses for the addressee). |

The advance payment can be transferred by credit card from our internet-portal, site of the prices with "click to pay" or with bank transfer to the Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano, branch Castelrotto BZ

On belated or not arrivals at all we put the full price for the half board of the originally ordered date. On premature departments we ask 70% of the price for the half board of the originally ordered date. The rates per week have to be paid in any case, also in the case of a premature department. We recommend you to conclude a travel cancellation insurance. |

On the day of the arrival you can only enter into the rooms after 3 p.m. |
21. |
If you will arrive late (after 7 p.m.) we ask you for a brief communication by telephone. |
22. |
Requests for the assignment of specific room numbers or particular tables in the dining room can not be considered due to organizational reasons. |
23. |
Extraordinary arrangements have to be confirmed in writing. |
24. |
Out of consideration for the guests that follow afterwards and for fire safety it is not allowed to smoke in the rooms. |
25. |
To spoil and pamper your body and your mind we recommend our range of pleasant, relaxing and regenerating massages. |
26. |
Bathrobes (for adults only) are included in the price only by at least 4 overnights. Otherwise the rental fee is € 10,00. |

In our café-restaurant you can have little snacks or a lunch. |

Driving permission: A law of the Autonomous Province of South Tyrol provides a traffic reduction for cars to protect the Alpe di Siusi. However, the guests of the hotels on the Alpe di Siusi receive a driving permission for their cars in the tourist information office. The office is situated at the new roundabout (approximately 2,5 km above Siusi). The driving permission entitles to arrival and departure at any time. Should the information office be closed at the arrival, you can continue driving despite the signs. The driving permission will immediately be issued at your arrival in the hotel. During your journey you can only drive your car until 10 a.m. and after 5 p.m. During this period of time you can use the well working public bus service. |

Each room has its parking space in the new underground garage. Please park correctly! |

In winter we recommend to have snow chains in the car. |

At the chairlift "FLORIAN" (150 m away from the hotel) you receive ski passes. |

Skis and sleds against hire charge in the hotel. |

If a considerable unexpected general price increase (f. e. VAT increase or similar) should happen, the pricelist will be brought up-to-date. |

As means of payment we prefer cash.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
