Half board includes a five course dinner, breakfast buffet and overnight stay. |

Instead of the dinner a simple lunch may be ordered exceptionally. |

The above mentioned prices are only for a minimum stay of 7 days: from weekend to weekend (Sunday to Sunday). |

Short stays like weekends are only available with a short term reservation and without guarantee for the type of the room. In case of a stay of only 1 or 2 days, the half-board price will increase to € 10 ,00 per person and day. |

For double rooms used as single rooms 60% surcharge. |

For ”four legged friends” we ask EURO 11,00 per day (without fodder). We kindly ask you to take with you the respective basket and blanket. In any case, the animals are neither allowed in the dining hall nor in the wellness area. |

V.A.T. (10%), visitor’s tax, heating and the use of the swimming pool and saunas are included in the price. |

Babies (age-group 2006, 2007 and 2008) pay EURO 10,00 a day for the cot, breakfast and a plate of food in the evening. |

Children (age-group 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005) have a 60% reduction on the half board price. They are lodged in cots or on the third/fourth bed in the parents’ room. For dinner a reduced menu is served. |

Youngsters and children (age-group 2001 and over) get a 30% reduction on the half board price. They are lodged on the third/fourth bed in the parents’ room. They get the full menu. |

If a child is lodged in a single room or two children in a double room the full half-board price needs to be paid. |

Deduction for a dinner (EURO 8,00), for a breakfast (EURO 6,00) if you do not eat; but we must be noticed at least 10 hours before the serving. |

A booking becomes binding only after having paid a deposit of the amount of € 200,00 (free of charge for the addressee) per room. |

At any early departure without serious reasons 50% of the respective half board price must be paid. Unfavorable weather conditions, job and business problems are not accepted as justified reasons for a cancellation, an early arrival or an early departure. |

A parking spot in a garage costs EURO 8,00 per day. |

Requests for the assignment of particular rooms can not be considered due to organizational reasons. |

Particular agreements must be confirmed in written. |

The day of the arrival the rooms can be at your disposal only after 3 p.m. In case of delayed arrival, after 7 pm, please inform us with a short phon call. |

For lunch and any kind of snacks you may take advantage of the hotel bar – restaurant. |

A variety of body massages are available directly in the hotel. |

Bathrobe rental. |

Ski passes are available at the chair lift Florian (150 meters off from the Hotel). |

In case of a marked and unforeseen rise of the prices (rise of the V.A.T. etc.) the price will be brought up-to-date to the new situation. |

TRANSIT PERMIT – very important! A provincial decree provides for a decongestion of the motorized traffic to safeguard the Siusi Alps. Hotel Saltria is situated in this safeguarded zone. Anyhow, our guests receive a transit permit at the info-stand in Compatsch (beginning of the Alps) which gives you the permission to arrive and depart with your own car at any time of the day. If the stand is closed you might pass anyway, although you must ask for the transit permit when you get to the hotel. In the summer the car can not be used from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the stay. In winter this time limitation is not valid. As an alternative to this arrangement you can benefit from the frequent public transport services. |

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
