Culinary delights of South Tyrolean cuisine on Europe's largest high plateau

We will spoil your palate with tasty South Tyrolean cuisine, Mediterranean and international specialities, combined with a selection of local and Italian wines. Enjoy pleasant moments in our dining room, which, due to the predominantly used material wood, radiates warmth and elegance.

In the morning we will spoil you with a rich and generous breakfast buffet based on local specialties until 10 a.m. to start the day full of energy.
At lunchtime, you are welcome to satisfy your hunger with South Tyrolean delicacies in our "Rundegg" restaurant (lunch is not included in the half-board price).
In the evening, our kitchen team strives to create and serve an excellent dinner with various starters and main courses. Furthermore, at the buffet tables, you will find a wide selection of salads, cooked and raw vegetables, a fresh and home-made fruit salad, a selection of cheeses and fresh fruit.

Restaurant Rundegg and bar with panoramic terrace (exclusively for our house guests)

Enjoy the relaxing and invigorating lunches in the à-la-carte restaurant "Rundegg" of the Hotel Saltria and let us spoil your palate by our qualified team. You can expect contemporary cuisine, traditional dishes of South Tyrol and also international specialties. Of course we take also care of our little guests, with a menu suitable for their age. Spaghetti bolognese, wiener schnitzel or bratwurst with fries are just some of the favourite dishes. Furthermore, the children need only a few steps to get to the 2-storey game room or to the outdoor playground, located next to the large panoramic sun terrace, and with the longest slide on the Alpe di Siusi.
On our terrace, with view on our pond, you can relax and enjoy the warmth of the sun while spending a nice time in company, with a refreshing drink from our bar. The breathtaking panorama of the Alpe di Siusi and the Dolomites in the background also contributes to your happiness.
