Price information

• All prices are per person, per night, including half board.
• The tourist tax of 3,50 € per person and day (exempt kids under 14 years) is not included in the price.
• Reservations for 1-2 nights may only be made at short notice.
• Mid-Week: 4 to 6 nights, valid only without Saturday.
• Two full-paying guests per double room and suite. Double room for single use: 50% supplement on the relevant room charge.

Booking/cancellation

• In order to confirm the booking a deposit is required.
• In case of cancellation more than 3 months prior your scheduled check in date, you will receive your deposit back without charges.
• In case of cancellation 3 months to 1 month prior your arrival day, you will be respectively charged 40% and 1 month to 8 days prior your arrival day, you will be respectively charged 70% of booked value. In case of cancellation in the last week before arrival, you will be respectively charged 100% of the total amount.
• In case of no show or late arrival the whole stipulated amount must be paid. 100% of the day price will be charged for the remaining days if departing earlier.
• Cancellation fees apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let or not.
